I am a recruiter with 7 years of industry experience, who understands the ins and outs of successful interviews.

I started my career in Italy as part of a Recruitment agency, this experience gave me the opportunity to work on diverse projects and with different companies: fashion brands, engineering and manufacturing companies.

Thanks to this I learned how to adapt to different environments and adapt the recruitment processes to Clients’ needs.

After moving to Scotland I worked for an international BPO as a recruiter and talent acquisition and engagement lead, this experience gave me a better vision of recruitment strategies and a good knowledge of modern recruitment tools.
